Our Process
Step 1: Planning
During our planning process, our clients can either pick a plan of ours, or bring their own certified plans! From here, we can make changes to the plans to fit your style or wants in your future home!
Step 2: Design
This step is one of favorites! During this step, you will be able to select finishes and features that you love for your home. This includes the type of flooring, stone, tile, porch material, and extra features that make your home unique to you!
Step 3: Building
The third and final step of your new home is the build! We get our best and favorite subcontractors out to make your dream home a reality. Using our BuilderTrend software, we can keep homeowners, local and out-of-state, up to date on where our sub contractors are on the project. This makes our building process streamline and efficient.
